NEON TETRA DISEASE! 10points?

I think my bank has neon tetras NTDs Shaoling not all together as they normally would, spuring often in 2 or 3's or alone, some are lurking in the filter, and 1 has died, I noticed white spots all over the neons and have lost most or all their red strip and part of the blue, so i dont have a separate heating tank but could keep afectd seemingly floating in a bucket? please help, give ideas for cures of what to do with those affected, if you do not think I have posted are symptoms DTN please tell me why and what to do, I have a Aquarium 56ltr bucket Plati, peppered Corydoras, shrimp amino acids, guppies, and I'm planning to add cloud of small fish and fish flag pleese help tell me if the other fish can catch it cos i dont want an epidemic of big aquarium! HHEELLPPP!

If white spots appear sprinkling salt on them then it is not the disease neon tetra, ich.You who need to get medication to treat the deposit of any fish shop immediately if a fish has ich is in the tank and all should be treated.
