what setting do i put my fish tank heater on?
I have an aquaclear 10 fish tank heater in a 5 gallon tank.
I have a dwarf frog in it and i am getting two guppies aswell.
the heater starts from 19, 22, 24, 27, to 30. (those are the settings)
which setting should i put it on if i want my tank to be from 72 degrees to 82 degrees F ?

Set it at the lowest option, wait a few hours, check the temperature, put it up one option, check the temperature… Until you’ve reached your ideal temperature. You absolutely need a thermometer in your aquarium, or you’ll very likely cook your critters. Choose a glass interior sort, the stick on the side exterior versions are unreliable.
On another note, you don’t have room for Guppies in a 5 gallon. For them you’ll need 10+ gallons, and they should be kept in groups of 3+.
