I am setting up an aquarium. I know I need a filter. But what is a "head of power"? Do I need that too? Thanks.
Do not need a powerhead. They are mostly for looks in very large tanks. You need a filter and, unless you are getting goldfish, a heater. If you want a good variety of fish, it takes at least 30 gallons and whatever the size, you need to cycle.
