I have a mini aquarium filter elite How I can take care of it?
I have not seen this filter, this is the one Hagen? According to a description on the Internet, using a foam sponge padding. No need to replace the sponge when you do water changes. After diverting the dirty water tank, use the same water to rinse the sponge to remove debris and dirt collection, then just put it back in the filter. Smaller filters tend to be dirtier and faster you will probably have to do this week. Remember to turn off the power supply filter before performing maintenance. Never use water straight from the tap to rinse any filter media (sponge, wool, bio-rings, etc) as the chlorine in tap water to kill normal bacteria that is biological filtration. Over time, if you notice the leak appears to be weaker or begins to hear strange noises from the filter it, and check clearing for if the rotor (propeller like thing) is acceptable as it may be clogged by something that they can not turn properly. That's more or less maintained. I have used similar small filters before, but if you want to keep goldfish that just might be too small to cope with the number of goldfish poop.
