Is it all right to put light in a cold water tank?

That tank is too small for a goldfish, there are four gallons, while that goldfish should have a 20 gallon tank with double filtration, as grown dramatically in the proper care and produce large amounts of waste. I could not get the link its light, but I like the use of fluorescent lights in my hood (make sure they are the right size), since it is not too hot water and look beautiful. Having a tank 20 gallons worth in the long term. They are not as expensive, which could probably go on craigslist and get one for as low as $ 20, and your goldfish will be healthier, happier, more fun, less work, and more vibrant. Hope I helped!
