what type of filter is recommended for a freshwater aquarium 150 liters?

I have a gallon freshwater tank 150 configured with a Fluval 405 and a 350 magnum filter, but I'm not sure if this is a good combo for 8 Oscars

First, the tank is too small for 8 Oscars. But if you really wanted try keeping the 8 would be fine while they are young with what you have, but once they are adults who will need to add at least one more accomidate for all waste. I recommend a gravel filter at the Oscars since they tend to leave a pile of rubble in the bottom of the tank to eat.
