Setting up my 25 gallon tank which arrives on saturday- i wanna do everything right instead of dealing?
with problems in a few days and being miffed!
i heard some mixed advise about cycling my tank? i’ve researched it but it seems like everyone is telling me different!
also, how should i arrange my tank? what kind of ornaments do fish like? i dislike the whole tacky neon shite, i prefer pretty greek vases and things.

btw, i wanna check i have purchased everthing i shall need before i consider the fish.
i have so far a heater, spare heater, filter, l stone, air pump, gravel, rock, plastic plant, 2 nets, light tube & switch unit, and the odd ornament (not sure if i’ll like them as you’re not guaranteed which is included!)
what else do i need to buy? for in the tank, cycling, food etc? ARGHHHH! all so confusing!
btw it’s tropical freshwater
