Can you keep a starfish as a pet in a gallon or less a gallon fish tank?
Ok, so I really love and want stsrfish one as a pet. I know I need salt water and all and they need a large aquarium tank that thosands cost, but may still have a starfish or pet and put in as a 5 gallon or smaller fish tank to put in ur room? And I mean like a starfish baby to put in not a huge. I need help ur!
I congratulate you all for your good advice for Nichole NOT DO IT. However, nobody here has to worry about starfish getting too large. The possibility that this lifestyle starfish will be zero. It is absolutely to die before having the opportunity to grow even a fraction of a millimeter. Nichole please take the advice of people here and not even considered a starfish until I read about salt water aquariums LOT. You should get yourself a easy keep freshwater fish. A betta comes to mind. Only smart and get a nice 10 gallon tank for this beautiful fish. Not even consider keeping the betta In a small bowl, such as display fish stores. That is inhuman. I'm sure that with your enthusiasm you maintain a beautiful reef tank starfish shrimp, sea cucumbers, anemones and urchins before you know it. Keep the enthusiasm and curiosity, but do your homework in relation to saltwater creatures first. swimmer
