Both fish need minimal 10 gallons. Besides, the tanks that are higher than have been greatly reduced the surface so they can not store as much. Built in ponds with filter systems are for usually not very good. This group would be fine for a single Betta, if you added a heater. If you want the fish above, go for a regular 10-gallon rectangular, and buy a heater and filter separately.
