35 gallon Hexagon Aquarium advice?
I'm in the process of transferring my 20 gallon tank of salt water to a 35 gallon hex. I currently have 30 "Coralife PC 2×65 bulbs and want to know if he should get a new light set with the new tank, or can I use these. I understand that the hexagonal tank would have a smaller width by 2 inches compared to my 20 gallon now. Do you need me for metal halide, T5 or VHO? My plan is to make this a tank reef. Now in my 20 gallon I have a small fraction of Zoos, a mushroom and a little girl. The lights are on a 30 "enclosure, but the parties are 24 ". The width of the aquarium hex is 23 1 / 4"
If I'm reading your description right, do not think the 30-inch strip of light can be placed over a 35-hexagonal tank. Also, now I see how it fits in a 20-high. Is not that a 20-high, 24 inches long and 12 inches wide? What are the dimensions of the 35-hex?
