Is this a good tank?

I either cattle with two tetra neon tetra black phantom tetra 2 and 2 black neon also what color I come in? If this is not a good tank what would you recommend … I do not want something expensive.
That tank is too small for most fish. I've noticed that comes in three models, 1 gallon, 2.5 liters, and 5 gallons. All of them are too small for most purposes. For the fish you want to save, I recommend you get at least a 10 gallon tank with filter and heater.
