It is brown algae. Many strippers seaweed gift, t do a very good job of clearing this and are actually not good for your tank in the first place. Since you have a short time and light, you need make some changes of water. Use a gravel siphon to clean the gravel on the fly and remove about 1 / 4 of water in the tank and replace it with clean dechlorinated water tap the same temperature as the tank water. Do this once a week and will erase most of the algae within a few weeks. Also consider what and how much you are feeding the frog. Is a little more power could contribute to the problem of algae. MM
