Dry here, liquid test kits or test strips?
I have curious what fish experts out there think is more "proof precise water kits freshwater and saltwater aquariums? I think labels are the most accurate dry, but not as convient. Over the years we have developed ways to get to the tests faster and easier (ie, the fluid tests and test strips). But I feel that in some quality loss convience aspects.
I can use liquid kits, Aquarium Pharmaceuticals test with test tubes. Although I have never seen dry labels do not know how long it takes, I can say for a fact that the fluid testing are not necessarily faster. Ammonia test only 5 minutes to fix, and nitrate test requires you add the drops of the first bottle, shake for 30 seconds, adding a few drops of the second bottle, shake for a minute and let stand for five minutes. To all tests while I'm cycling a tank is about ten to fifteen minutes. I heard that the fluid testing are much more accurate than test strips, although I can not seem to find anything online to support that.
