What is the best way to move a few feet aquarium, tank completley openly?

Is 37 gallons in a booth with about 20 inhabitants, with gravel substrate. Please help!

I would put all the fish in 1 or 2 cubes and eliminate 90% of the water turns filling the tank with treated water expected an hour and then replace the fish use a trickle of about 30 min
