dragon ????? Water behavior

i recently got a 5 inch water dragon i havent had any problems with the touch of the muzzle and still I recorded new aquarium floor all sides and back and small strips to the bottom layer of the forehead and bounced the tank hasn't ben since I was done 4 days … hes currently in a 65 gal until he biuld a custom enclosure for it, but me? HES is very slow and lazy all he does is put at the bottom and sleep and occasionally move to a rock basking in the spotlight? Is this normal or is it supposed to be more active? almost never goes up it is normal? also how often I eat? and have a detection with a towel or cover over half of it cuz i heard that it helps raise the humidity also have an air stone in the water dish and 2 plants live there and mist the tank twice daily for moisture shouldn't be right?

I think the 3 to 4 times a week, very sure there bearded dragons like that.
