How to clean old / new aquarium plants?
Okay so I had this great orange fabric / plastic plant for around the house Like, three years, so today, I thought, I put them in my tank! I do not want to poison my fish, so how should I clean it before putting it in? I do not use bleach, because it is absorbed and it will kill my fish. How do you clean?
I have a 30 gallon tank. So usually every time nad then take the plants out and soak in hot water and after that I grab an old toothbrush and gently brush only the plant and get the algae off:) that is what my grandmother does and she is an expert in fish tanks and other things
