gravel filter?
I have a filter plate of my mini bow 1 gallon and bubbles are annoying at the top of the tank at all times from the air pump.what would be the best filter you could buy for my tank that will fit in my minibow? While a filter in the gravel is my least favorite kind, I suspect that "… the bubbles are annoying at the top of the tank at all times …" foam can be put unwashed hands in the water, no air pump. I have 0 experience with 1 gal. tanks, but here is a link to filter the smallest I could find at Petco. http://www.petco.com/product/12148/Red-Sea-Deco-Art-Nano-Filter-and-Replacement-Pads.aspx not the best on the market, but I'm sure that beats under the method of gravel.
