you either need to get rid of some of the gold fish or upgrade to a 75 and above gold braid needs of each tank of 20 gallons and is far more than full, you can not be above the tank cleaning as they have to deal with high ammonia and nitrite levels in continuous and even the best filter in the world used to keep the tank clean
