is it okay if i stop using my fish tank’s air pump?
i was using an air pump before but then i bought this aquarium top filter 880F.. it says it will increase the circulation of water in the tank and also supplies oxygen and blah blah,, so now im pretty glad i bought it.. its been filtering the water and producing air also.. so i was wondering if its already okay if i remove the first air pump that i got? im just worried coz its already night time here.. i dont want waking up in the morning seeing floating or dying fishes.. should i stick with my old air pump and at d same time use the filter w/c supplies oxygen too or just stop using the old one and stick with the new one? thanks heaps!
An air pump is not required for a tank.
Its mainly for circulating the water and oxygen.
The filter will give oxygen into the water.
