I have to select fish and filters for a 55 gallon aquarium?

I won a 55-gallon aquarium and stand and do not know what to fill it with. I've had smaller fresh water aquariums with different colored fish and guppies. I even had a couple of piranhas. I like the color and beauty of saltwater fish, but not all the necessary maintenance for the tank. Sharks are difficult to serve and what kind of fish can be with them? Do I need a can of Fluval style of 55? If I get one, do I need a bio wheel?

For the filter does not need the bio wheel. Cichlids are the best replacement of saltwater fish. Some are very beautiful. Some cichlids it would be electric yellow cichlid, frontosa, blood parrot, angelfish, and a severum look good. Or you could keep an Oscar.
