What are the best plants for a freshwater aquarium?
I keep my tank in mostly natural and I'm looking for plants that can grow in a tropical freshwater, especially plants used for the background and foreground, and plants "carpet." All this is for a tank of 20 gallons. please help.
If you are making a community tank that suggests a mix of Java moss and ferns that are easily accessible and very resistant. The java moss carpet your tank very quickly in the half light and provide lots of hiding places for small fish and ferns to add a little java high in the plants in your aquarium and the biggest fish are hiding behind these and you can not get in the moss so easily.
