yes, this is a very good system lightign i havent seen before .. It might actually be able to buy one. Anyway, yes power compacts are fine for soft corals, mushrooms, zoanthids, polyps, and LPS. still not enough for MSF and the anemones, but this system lightign will be fine for most corals. In general, you want more than 4 watts per gallon, my 10 gallon nano project (summer09) is really going to be 8 watts per gallon, so this light has 2 bulbs of 65 watts, if I remember right? This is fine for many of the corals.
