What is the suggested flow rate for a filter in an aquarium tank 2.5 liter?
It seems that the default settings in the filter (max) is too much for such a small tank. I was looking for the recommended rate of the filter is supplied (Whisper Micro Filter). As a general rule, you should try to provide at least ten times the tank volume in circulation per hour. ie for a 400L tank 4000L/hr goal in circulation. A tank of 2.5 liters is usually very small to 10 fish, so the increased flow would help to maintain sufficient oxygen in the tank so they can survive.
